Career stories
The Analysis Function has produced a collection of inspirational career stories. These are based on the career histories of government analysts and aim to showcase the variety of entry points and career progression routes available. These routes include:
- apprenticeships
- Fast Stream programmes
- mainstream recruitment
We hope these case studies will enable better career conversations within departments and will support analysts to create a rewarding career in government analysis, however that looks for you. Career stories have been grouped by grade to allow you to find the stories most relevant to you.
