Description
This course will teach you how to build packages using your own custom functions and import them in both Python and R. Packaging is a nice tidy way to reuse and share functions you have created. Some prior knowledge of Python or R is required.
Learning outcomes
By the end of the session, you will be able to:
- understand what packages are
- how to install packages and use them
- how to build your own packages in R and Python
- share in Gitlab or Github
- use pre-built packages
