The aim of this e-learning is to explain best practice approaches for creating and publishing basic data visualisations.
Accessibility is a big part of the course. It looks at how we can make data visualisations easier to access and understand for all users.
This course is made up of 11 modules. Each module will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. It is suitable for anyone who wants to create data visualisations.
This e-learning will cover the following topics:

- Choosing visualisations
- Accessibility and colour
- Formatting rules
- Bar charts
- Clustered bar charts
- Stacked bar charts
- Line charts
- Pie charts
- Publishing charts
By the end of the course, participants will have developed awareness of:
- How to create charts that communicate messages clearly and with impact.
- Best practice approaches for data visualisations.
- How to make data visualisations more accessible to all.
