Description
The MSc in Data Analytics for Government (MDataGov) is a unique and flexible part-time MSc programme that combines modules in statistics and data science. It aims to build data science capability across government by equipping civil servants with a key set of skills required from a modern government data analyst.
The modules of the MDataGov can be taken as standalone training courses with optional assessment.
Providers
Modules are delivered by Oxford Brookes University, University of Southampton and University of Glasgow.
Locations
Some standalone modules are run at the Newport and Titchfield offices of the Office for National Statistics. Some are run at the University of Southampton and some are run via distance learning from the University of Glasgow.
