Services Week

The Central Digital and Data Office (CDDO) is hosting the 2024 cross government Services Week from 18 March to 22 March.

Services Week is a yearly event that concentrates on improving public services. It provides an opportunity for teams from across the Civil Service, public sector and beyond to showcase their work.

Services Week 2024 will give all civil servants and public servants the chance to get involved and help make services better for citizens. Events will be held virtually and in person across multiple locations to give everyone the chance to experience the event.

Hosting sessions

A big part of Services Week is helping teams work with each other regardless of their role, department, or organisation. There are many benefits to hosting sessions including:

• increased awareness of your work
• new connections
• feedback
• understanding how the work of other colleagues might relate to your own
