Are you interested in hearing the experiences of neurodiverse analysts in the Civil Service?

The Analysis Function is holding another of its popular Leaders in Analysis career building events, and this time analysts will be sharing their career histories and reflecting on how their experience of working in government analysis has been shaped by their neurodiversity. They will engage in an open discussion about the strengths and challenges that come with being neurodiverse and explore associated barriers on progression in the Civil Service.

The session will be facilitated by Sharron Ford, Deputy Director for People Capability at the Office for National Statistics (ONS), and we’ll be joined for the conversation by:

  • Stephanie Hotchkiss – Standardisation, Optimisation & Best Practice Lead at Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC)
  • Francesca Peck – Economic Advisor at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra)

This is an opportunity to hear about analytical roles, build an understanding of the wide range of career trajectories available across the function and learn how the function can support with your personal career development.

This event is one in a series of Leaders in Analysis career development sessions, in which analysts from across government will openly share their career development hints and tips with a broad range of colleagues from across the function.
