Introduction to Reproducible Analytical Pipelines

Course details:

This introductory workshop will provide learners with an understanding of:

• what Reproducible Analytical Pipelines (RAP) are and how using RAP can reduce risks in the workflow
• key concepts including: version control, packaging code and unit testing
• how RAP is being used in the GSS
• potential challenges and barriers to developing RAP

This course is being delivered as part of an event where the Best Practice and Impact division will deliver four popular courses over two days:

• Introduction to the Code of Practice, Tuesday 21 January, midday to 1:00pm
• Introduction to data visualisation, Tuesday 21 January, 1.30pm to 4.30pm
• Introduction to Reproducible Analytical Pipelines, Wednesday 22 January, 10:00am to midday
• Writing about statistics, Wednesday 22 January, 1.00pm to 3.00pm

You can attend all courses, or just the one that suits you.

There are limited places for these courses and they will be allocated fairly across government departments.
