As a Senior Analyst, the post holder would lead a number of analytical teams and be responsible for the development and oversight of an evidence programme. This includes developing and maintaining a strategic relationship with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, including those in a senior leadership role, Ministers and the Welsh Government Board.
The post holder is responsible for leading a team of researchers and statisticians multi–analytical team and overseeing a programme of corporate performance insight.
