An exciting new Analysis Function pilot programme

The Analysis Function is delighted to launch AF LINKS, an exciting new pilot programme for Higher Executive Officer (HEO) and Senior Executive Officer (SEO) analysts from lower socio-economic backgrounds.

About AF LINKS

AF LINKS stands for Analysis Function Leadership, Insights, Networking and Knowledge Sharing. The programme is a unique opportunity to learn by working with colleagues and make connections across government.

The programme is an important commitment in the AF Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Strategy. AF LINKS will provide career-building opportunities for analysts who face more barriers to progressing their career because of their background.

The AF LINKS programme

We have put together an exciting schedule of learning events, including things like:

  • mentorship
  • job shadowing with Senior Civil Servants
  • panel discussions with senior leaders
  • peer coaching sessions
  • networking opportunities
