User engagement support and good practice
The user engagement support and good practice space aims to help producers and users of statistics to develop better understandings of user engagement. It provides resources for identifying and engaging with audiences effectively.
This support has been compiled by the Engagement Hub at the Office for National Statistics, who work closely with Government Statistical Service (GSS) engagement theme leads and GSS user engagement champions.
Our aim is to improve user engagement around statistics, meeting the goals of the User Engagement Strategy for Statistics and the pillars of the Code of Practice for Statistics.
These resources are aimed at GSS colleagues, but anyone interested in engaging with users of statistics is welcome to use them.
