Join the Office for Statistics Regulation(OSR) for their next online seminar for Analysts in Government on Thursday 8 May 12 -1pm, focusing on sharing and linking data for research and statistics.
About this event
There is immense value of sharing and linking data, across government and beyond, for decision makers and the wider public. However, significant challenges remain to doing this in practice. Our seminar will highlight ongoing work, celebrate progress, and consider what more is needed to advance data sharing, access and linkage, to ensure opportunities to enhance the public good of data and statistics are more fully realised.
This seminar is part of OSR’s series of seminars for analysts, which will share insights from our regulatory work, promoting the Code and key areas of focus that support all types of analysis across government.
Speaking at this event will be:
- Ed Humpherson, OSR
- Seema Yalamanchili, General Surgeon and Clinical Research Fellow at the Imperial College London
- Dr Emma Gordon, Director of ADR UK & ADR England
There will also be time for a Q&A at the end of the event.
