Summary findings from the ‘current landscape of user engagement’ survey is now available.

The project team thanks everyone who submitted responses to the ‘current landscape of user engagement’ survey. They were fascinated reading them and gained a deeper understanding of your engagement activities, as well as some of the challenges you face. The results have given them a good understanding of the current levels of user engagement across the Government Statistical Service (GSS) and wider Analysis Function. They’ve been able to develop an action plan based on your results to help address some of the requests.

The summary provides an overview of the responses and outlines the next steps for the project team. They hope to run this survey again next year to assess how engagement has developed and to identify further areas for support.
