In this session, analysts from the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) and Office for National Statistics (ONS) will talk about their exciting and innovative work to monitor the spread of COVID-19 during the Winter of 2023 to 2024.
The teams will talk about:
- the methods they used to collect high quality data from the public
- the analysis techniques they used to extract the most value from the data
- how the analysis was communicated to ensure main messages informed health policy decision-making
You will also find our about some of the challenges they faced in working on a cross-government project and they were able to overcome these.
