Leaders in Analysis: disability and analysis

Our vision as a Function is to create a truly inclusive analysis community that is reflective of the UK society we serve. We are therefore delighted to showcase the experiences of disabled analytical leaders with this 11th edition of Leaders in Analysis!

The session will be facilitated by Elinor Godrey, Deputy Director and Head of the Centre for Data and Analysis at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and Senior Sponsor for the Analysis Function’s diversity and inclusion (D&I) work.

We will be joined by:

• Dr Paula Croal (she/her), Head of Household Income and Expenditure Analysis for the Office for National Statistics (ONS)
• Catrin Awoyemi (she/her), Joint Deputy Director of Equality, Poverty and Children’s Evidence and Support Division for the Welsh Government

We hope this event will help attendees better understand the experiences of disabled colleagues as well as promote an inclusive learning culture and increase engagement with D&I activities.
