Join the Household Cost Indices (HCIs) webinar to explore how changing prices affect different households, the latest figures and future plans.
HCIs provide insight into how changing prices affect different types of households. This webinar will explain why the indices were developed, what they measure and how they differ from other consumer price indices, including Consumer Prices Index including owner occupiers’ housing costs (CPIH) and Consumer Prices Index (CPI).
The session will draw on the latest HCI figures, published on the day, and explore what the data show about households’ experiences of inflation over time. Speakers will also share how HCIs are being used, respond to user feedback and outline plans for their future development and accreditation.
