Statistician – permanent contract

As a statistician at the Equality and Human Rights Commission you will be part of a programme of work to build a comprehensive evidence base and maintain the organisation’s reputation as a ‘centre of excellence’ for equality and human rights analysis.

You will have an important role in developing our portfolio of analyses across varied high-profile equality and human rights issues, at the centre of a dynamic and responsive organisation. You will be:

• able to work flexibly
• able to work closely with colleagues
• a self-starter who can use their analytical skills and knowledge to quickly develop and produce responses to data and evidence needs
• able to work in a fast-paced environment

You will have high levels of delivery responsibility and creativity in this role. You will also have the opportunity to continue to hone your judgement and your professional and technical skills. This role will enable you to take pride in your work and in the collegial atmosphere in the team.
