About the roles
The Office for National Statistics recently embarked on an ambitious People Plan which outlines their approach to shaping and building their future workplace and workforce. This presents an opportunity for two workforce analysts to join and support in strengthening their strategic and operational workforce reporting, and analysis of capacity and capability.
The core purpose of this role is to ensure a clear and robust approach to the collection of workforce data for the circa 15,000 analysts who make up the Analysis Function. The accurate collation of this data is crucial to providing a consistent narrative on the capabilities, skills and capacity of our people, enabling the Government Analysis Function to take an informed approach to strategy delivery.
You will need to be able to work across government departments and professions to build a coherent approach to the collation and analysis of data across several sources, presenting in a compelling way to multiple senior stakeholders.
